At WeShoes, we want you to love every step you take. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
